Veterans of Kirillov went to see the autumn display in the People’s House on September 9. Over 350 works made by 46 artists whose creative activity is connected with our region are presented in the exhibition halls. “Autumn Exhibition” continues the art project “Art Field” held in the village of Dyakonovskaya in the outskirts of Ferapontovo.

The briefing with V.A. Osipovsky, head of the Department of Culture and Tourism in the Vologda Region, S.V. Usov, head of the Kirillov district, and A.Y. Kotov, Mayor of Kirillov, took place in the Kirillo-Belozersky Museum-Reserve on September 6.

This display continues the art project “Art Field”. It is very popular with both local residents and tourists during several years.

Nikolay Nikolayevich Fedyshin, representative of the legendary dynasty of the tempera painting restorers from Vologda, head of the Restoration Department of Repository Collections, died on July 25. He was 52 years old.

The Kirillo-Belozersky Museum-Reserve organized a meeting with a unique person for residents and guests of the town on July 20. Dmitry Pevtsov, People’s Artist of Russia, laureate of the State Prize of the Russian Federation, came to Kirillov.
