Exhibition “World of Veterans’ Hobbies”
Venue: reading room of the Kirillov Central District Library
Address: 94 Gagarin St., Kirillov.
The display presents over 30 works created by the town veterans: L.P. Semyonova, L.L. Chukhina, N.M. Dyatlova, Y.Y. Ustinova, G.N. Novozhilova, Y.R. Antonova, and L.N. Voronina. Visitors can see embroidered pictures, ornately shaped candles, panels, knitted toys and shawls.
This exhibition has been staged by M.N. Travnikova, employee of the Kirillo-Belozersky Museum-Reserve, within the framework of the program “Meetings in the Museum”.
The mobile display “World of Veterans’ Hobbies” will be open till August 19. Then it is planned to present it in the rural library of Talitsy.
