Seminar of history and social sciences teachers of Kirillov district

I.A. Smirnov, deputy director of the Kirillo-Belozersky Museum-Reserve; A.N. Kalikina, research officer of the Scientific Department; and N.I. Khrulyova, head of the Sector for Work with Children and Youth, participated in the seminar. The teachers listened to the lectures about some difficult and debating points of history. I.A. Smirnov presented the report “Holders of the St. George Cross in Kirillov District”.
A.N. Kalikina read three lectures: “Establishment of Soviet Power in Kirillov and Kirillov District”, “Social and Economic Changes in Kirillov District in Early 20th Century”, “Machine and Tractors Stations”.
I.V. Romanova, head of the Guidance Department of Teachers of History and Social Sciences in the Kirillov District, reported about the regulatory documents of the Ministry of Education and Science of the RF.
At the end of the event, all teachers were given pick-up-material concerning the discussed issues.
