Russian and Spanish project “Dionisy’s Frescoes in 3D” was introduced in musuem

During the presentation, Pedro Miro and Eva Rosenthal from the Factum Foundation told about the digitalization technology and equipment used for it, about some implemented projects and plans for the future.
Specialists from Russia and Spain have come to the Ferapontov Monastery for pilot recording of the frescoes this week. They plan to resolve the full-scale scanning in April-May 2017.
The organizers invite local photographers to work on digitalization of Dionisy’s frescoes in the Nativity of the Virgin Cathedral of the Ferapontov Monastery.
