The playing event “Winter Amusements” has taken place on the grounds of the New Town in the Kirillo-Belozersky Museum-Reserve today within the framework of the season ticket program “Winter Holidays in Museum”.
Children and adults remembered ancient winter proverbs, superstitious beliefs, and sayings, solved riddles, played different Russian folk and modern mobile games.
The guests sang and danced a ring, skipped rope and participated in relays and contests to cheerful music.
Museum employees Natalya Zovutina and Elena Serova have delivered a festive master-class “Cockerel of Salt Dough” for the participants of the program in the Refectory on this day. Children and adults were pleased to paint prepared moulds of salt dough in the shape of a cockerel – the symbol of 2017.
